The inspiration and execution behind Sous Casa's food, is a rock star in the kitchen. He also cooks for touring rock stars in non-pandemic times - he's been on the road with Beyonce/Jay-Z, Phish, Jon Bon Jovi, Katy Perry, the Weeknd, Rod Stewart, and many more. Jim is a VA native and a long-time RVA resident who started his food journey at a number of local restaurants, including Millie’s, Kuba Kuba, and Proper Pie Company.
