Well-balanced food that’s convenient should be a right, not a privilege.
That’s why Sous Casa donates at least one frozen meal per order to our non-profit partners.
Around 250,000 children across Virginia experience food insecurity and face hunger on a regular basis. And COVID-19 just amplified this by eliminating access to school breakfast and lunch programs, and meals provided by non-profits during programming.
The least we can do to help is provide support to RVA organizations like the ones below:
An East End school serving 4th-8th graders with a strong culture of love and respect.
Empowering women and families with education, outreach, and prevention programs.
BGC Clubs offer staffed community space to students in the community.
They offer programs that help move individuals and families out of poverty.
The ministry of compassion operates a walk up food pantry that includes showers, lunch, and toiletries. FBC food pantry reaches around 150 people a week.
A food pantry serving hundreds of Northside families each week.
